Acute Flaccid Myelitis
A rise is seen in reported cases in US and Europe. Enterovirus D68 is implicated in most cases specially in September and October of each year. Check for enterovirus in CSF of patients with transverse myelitis like picture and report all cases to CDC (click here for CDC website).
